The Grandmont Rosedale Development Corporation is a non-profit, community-based organization working to preserve and improve the Grandmont Rosedale Neighborhoods of northwest Detroit. We take a comprehensive approach to community revitalization, with programs designed to renovate vacant homes, assist local homeowners and businesses, beautify our community and keep our neighborhoods safe and vibrant.
Grandmont #1 Improvement Association (GIA)
The association is to operate as a 501(c)(4) tax-exempt non-profit organization whose purpose is to maintain the high standards of the community and neighborhood and to:
- Promote the common good and general welfare of the community.
- Initiate and promote programs to enhance the quality of life and well being of the community.
- Promote volunteer services in the community.
- Provide information of interest to the community.
- Distribute funds for goods and services for improvement of the association and organizations which support and provide assistance to the members of this community.
Grandmont Community Association (GCA)
One of “Detroit’s Premier, Diverse Communities”. In Grandmont we pride ourselves as being “Detroit’s Home of Good Neighbors”. The tranquil atmosphere of our Family Oriented community is deeply rooted in our serene tree lined streets and the classic architecture of our houses.
The North Rosedale Park Civic Association
Established in 1924, the North Rosedale Park Civic Association (NRPCA) is a 501c3 nonprofit member organization that promotes the interests and welfare of North Rosedale Park residents, maintains park facilities for community use, advocated for necessary neighborhood improvements and enforces building restrictions and ordinances within North Rosedale.
