Rosedale Park is a wonderful neighborhood, but even wonderful areas sometimes have problems.

PROBLEM WITH CITY SERVICE

If you want to report a problem with city services, we strongly encourage you to use the City of Detroit’s new “Improve Detroit” app. You can download this FREE app to your cell phone (both iPhones and Androids) and report the following directly to the City departments responsible:

• Abandoned Vehicle
• Illegal Dumping / Illegal Dump Site
• Potholes
• Residential Snow Removal Issue
• Traffic Sign Issue
• Traffic Signal Issue
• Street Light Pole Down
• Tree Issue
• Curbside Solid Waste Issue
• Dead Animal Removal

When you use the “Improve Detroit” app, you will receive an email immediately acknowledging your report, followed by a series of emails to update you as your issue is investigated and resolved.

If you don’t use a cell phone, you can still use the “Improve Detroit” system from your computer – click on this link to the City of Detroit’s website.

PROBLEM WITH WATER DEPARTMENT

There is a separate section of the Improve Detroit app for reporting problems to the Detroit Water and Sewerage Department:

• Clogged Drain
• Fire Hydrant Issue
• Manhole Cover Issue
• Running Water in Home or Building
• Water Main Break
